Formerly from ^-V-^ (that was Vasha's store prior to DV8) - the Heavy Dresses reemerge as DV8 sale specials. Mmmhmm - it used to cost much more, but now you can get the dresses with two different tops and two different bottoms for cheap. Upstairs in the main store only.
